TCG CREST invites applications for

Access to Research at CREST (ARC) in
Quantum Computing, Quantum Information & Communication, Quantum Sensing

A 6-8 week hands-on research programme that offers early career researchers access to ongoing research at CQuERE.

Applications for the ARC Programme are now closed. Details for the next cycle will be announced soon.

Programme Overview

The programme is designed for early career researchers seeking exposure to both theoretical and experimental approaches in the field of quantum science and technology through guided learning and research. Participants will engage with foundational concepts in the initial phase, followed by project-based work/reading courses aligned with ongoing research areas at CQuERE.

Frontiers of Quantum Research

Engage with cutting-edge research areas including:

Quantum Computing Theory

Quantum Information and Communication

Quantum Machine Learning

Pulse-level Programming for Quantum Systems

Quantum Photonics

Nitrogen Vacancy Centres

Superconducting Quantum Computing

CQuERE Faculty and Team

Core Facilities for Quantum Research

Superconducting Qubit Lab

The Superconducting Qubit Lab focuses on the design and development of superconducting quantum circuits for scalable quantum computing. It integrates advanced fabrication, cryogenic systems, and control technologies to study qubit behavior, coherence, and performance across single- and multi-qubit platforms.

Quantum Defects-Photonics Lab

Our lab focuses on developing cutting-edge technologies in Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs) and NV Centres in Diamond for both classical and quantum sensing applications.
